If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
• Targeted Advertising - If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the order form/registration form). How long we keep personal information

We retain your information in accordance with our records retention schedule. You can find more information on the criteria used to calculate the retention periods set out below.

We have an enterprise records retention schedule that is based upon a classification scheme consisting of business functions, record classes, and record types.

We calculate retention periods for your personal information in accordance with the following criteria:

• the length of time necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for

• the length of time it is reasonable to keep records to demonstrate that we have fulfilled our duties and obligations

Your California Privacy Rights

California law permits residents of California to opt-out of Company's disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. International Transfers

Fellowes is a global organization and your personal information may be stored and processed outside of your home country, including in countries that may not offer the same level of protection for your personal information as your home country.
